Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Morrowly app made by The Loopr ("we", "us"). If you got Morrowly from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, the Apple agreement wins for iOS users.

1. Using Morrowly

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Morrowly on devices you own or control. Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.

2. Morrowly Pro

Subscriptions (for example yearly) renew automatically at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) when you confirm, and at each renewal.
Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro for as long as Morrowly is offered, on devices signed in to the same store account.
Manage or cancel a subscription in your device's account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Use Restore purchases to bring Pro to a new device.

3. Your data

Your content belongs to you and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. We are not able to recover data that is lost when a device is lost, reset or the app is deleted.

4. Not professional advice

Morrowly's expense, habit, confidence and focus features are personal tools. They are not financial, medical or psychological advice. Talk to a qualified professional about those matters.

5. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the app. If we stop offering Morrowly Pro features you paid for, we will try to give reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Morrowly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Morrowly in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Morrowly after a change means you accept the new terms.
